Designing Divas have some great contacts that can assist you with a Building Design. The service typically includes discussion of ideas and plans and production of initial drawings / production of final concept plan to provide to builders for quoting / set of council plans including site plan, floor plan, sections, elevations and BASIX certificate / set of construction drawings including internal sections and layouts, roof plans and electrical plans.

In addition to design and drafting, building designer services may include: building site appraisal / 3D imaging  / Council and BASIX documentation / inclusion of sustainable concepts incorporated into the design.
