At the end 2022 DESiGNiNG Divas made the decision to acquire another warehouse as we had committed to significantly increase our stock of home staging furniture, furnishings, artworks and eclectic styling pieces.  We are proud of our reputation of staging a home to suit its architecture with styling that highlight the property’s best features. We definitely don’t believe in a ‘one staging style fits all’.

Just as well we had acquired more storage space and inventory as 2023 has certainly got off to a busy start. Our agents (and vendors)  are super surprised and delighted at the speed of sales and prices achieved for the homes professionally staged by DESiGNiNG Divas. Especially, in what for many, is an unpredictable real estate market. Many of the homes we staged in this first quarter of 2023 have been sold in under two weeks (some had an offer on the first day of showing and homes scheduled for auction have sold well before the planned auctioned date.

From a 6 bedroom mansion to small apartments – homes staged by Divas have recently sold within  the Port Macquarie 2444 postcode and south to Forster and north to South West Rocks. 

When a house is presented as a home through professional staging it’s easier for potential buyers to visualise it as their next home.  Home staging means better online photography/ video, usually more open day visits, which generally leads to more offers, quicker sales and settlement prices that the vendors are happy with.  Of course, staging doesn’t guarantee a quick sale  but with the right agent and a realistic asking price home staging is certainly a worthwhile investment.
