HOME STAGING CHALLENGE

Challenge: The finishes were neutral with black kitchen hardware and white tile flooring throughout the new build property.

Solution: The use of light wood furnishings, a large rug and multiple plants added warmth and a homeliness to the living spaces. We wanted to highlight the beautiful outdoor space by staging a dining and seating area which connects to a paved built-in bench/firepit section. We also took advantage of the beautiful black fittings in the kitchen to accessorise with black. Visually this photographed nicely against the white background.
