Challenge: The large long open plan inter-related living areas were difficult for a potential buyer to visualise how to best define the spaces. A vacant property also has trouble conveying the luxury lifestyle that the property has to offer.

Solution: Staging the property gave the potential buyer a sense of size, space and what the room will comfortably hold in regard to furniture and furnishings. Designing Divas created living areas and ‘nooks’ including a reading corner and study alcove. We also thought it important to showcase the panoramic ocean and coastal views from the large terrace by setting up a dining and comfortable seating areas. The furnishings were sophisticated yet casual to complement coastal living.
