Challenge: The biggest challenge was the choice of furnishings to blend with the contemporary finishes: beautiful extra large grey and white marble patterned tiles throughout the property. Black cabinets and grey carpet in living areas.

Solution: We complemented the grey, white and black throughout the property with matching furnishings….charcoal lounge, grey dining chairs around a black and white table, black and white master bedroom and splashes of colour in the art, cushions and accessories. The style is classic and timeless to appeal to the purchaser attracted to villa living.
