HOME STYLING CHALLENGE

Challenge: The property was vacant, and one of the challenges of trying to sell a vacant home is that buyers can often have a hard time visualising themselves living there. When rooms are unfurnished they actually feel smaller than they are; so a buyer might be unsure how to position furniture or if their current furniture will fit. This is especially true in a bedroom where buyers can have different size beds.

Solution: Designing Divas believe that an empty property should never be put on the market. We created a warm family home that appeals to varying tastes. We also felt it important to showcase the beautiful pool using the covered outdoor area. With the use of our outdoor inventory we created an inviting entertainment area complete with dining and lounging.
