Does staging a home for sale really make a difference to the sale price?  Just take a look at some the before staging and after staging photos in the DESiGNiNG Divas gallery and ask yourself “Which property looks more like a home?”  “Which property is more likely to appeal online to encourage an open for viewing visit?” “Which property is more likely to receive more offers?”  Home staging works. On average homes are sold quicker and for a higher price than poorly presented homes or homes shown empty. We can never understand why residential properties are shown for sale empty.  It doesn’t makes cents!  In fact, it loses thousands, often tens of thousands of dollars for the vendor who, because the properties are often on the market for a long time are forced to accept a low offer.  We love transforming properties into homes.
